Located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Harrisburg University is one of the leading STEM schools in the nation. They also value gaming and have an esports team called the HU Storm.
The university provides full ride scholarships to every member of their team, so if you have great gaming skills, you may be able to score a place on the team and go to school for free.
Harrisburg University Varsity eSports Scholarship Details
Harrisburg University provides a full-ride scholarship and a housing stipend to its full esports varsity team (all 22 members). The team is called HU Storm and it won the ESPN’s Collegiate Esports Championship in May 2019.
To be eligible for the scholarship, the student must meet the following criteria:
- Must be attending (or planning to attend) Harrisburg University
- A member (or future member) of Harrisburg’s varsity esports team.

To apply for a Harrisburg University Varsity eSports scholarship, you will need to apply to the program by filling out the application form and providing your official transcript. If you are accepted to their varsity team, you will be given a full-ride scholarship.
